In the evening of 15th Jan, a ceremony awarding Ho Chi Minh Prize, State Prize in science and technology was solemnly held in Hanoi. There are 9 works, cluster of works are awarded Ho Chi Minh Prize; 7 works and cluster of works are awarded State Prize

State President is awarding Ho Chi Minh Prize to Mr. Hoang Duc Thao - author of cluster of works: Construction of a comprehensive system of urban and rural infrastructure, environmental protection, natural disaster prevention and adaptation to the climate change.
State President (on the right side) is awarding Ho Chi Minh Prize in Science and Technology to Engineer Phan Tu Giang - co-author of the works: Research of detailed design and technological application to manufacture, assemble and launch the jackups in water at depth of 90m suitably with the conditions of Vietnam.

State President is awarding Ho Chi Minh Prize to Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Thong - coauthor of cluster of works: Application of advanced techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of some certain cerebrovascular diseases by X-rays endovascular intervention.
Prof. Dr. Mai Trong Khoa - coauthor of cluster of works: Research and application of modern techniques of ionizing radiation in diagnosis and treatment of cancer and some other diseases - is awarded Ho Chi Minh Prize by the State President.
State President is awarding Ho Chi Minh Prize to Dr. Tu Thanh Nghia - coauthor of cluster of works: Research, development and completion of crude oil collection, treatment and transportation technology in the specific conditions of Joint Venture Vietsovpetro’s oilfields and connected oilfields on the continental shelf of Vietnam.
Daughter of deceased Prof. Dr. Do Huu Chau - author of cluster of works: Pragmatics – is receiving Ho Chi Minh Prize on behalf of her father.
Professor, Doctor of Science Ngo Viet Trung – coauthor of the cluster of works: The invariance and structure of local coronary and substage coronary is receiving Ho Chi Minh Prize.
